A family membership includes you and other family members who currently reside in your home. Valid from January 1st to December 31st and is renewable on an annual basis.Pay by Cash, Check/money order, or for your convenience we accept online credit card payments using Pay Pal.
After receipt of membership purchase we will send you an email to the email address you have provided. Please complete and return to JRVHS P.O. Box 22 Kingston, Ma 02364, so that you can be included in our email correspondance and also our annual membership directory.
